Circle of Seasons is a quarterly publication designed to share writing, poetry, and visual art inspired by seasonal change, experience, patterns, rhythms, shifts, circles, in Wallowa County. The work comes from local artists and Wallowa County lovers who contribute one-time or ongoing. The invitation to collaborate is open to anyone of any age or experience who wants to share short stories, poems, recipes, songs, or small visual art pieces inspired by each season: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Submissions are curated by local volunteer editors, and printed and distributed four times a year. The free zines can be found throughout the County at local businesses, libraries, waiting rooms, and at Fishtrap. When you’ve finished reading your copy, please share it with a friend, family member, neighbor, or friendly stranger.
