Summer Fishtrap Lodging and Meals

Summer Fishtrap is based at Wallowa Lake Camp.  If your desired lodging is sold out, feel free to sign up for the waiting list, as there are often cancellations. You can find off-campus lodging from the many commercial cabin rental agencies near the lake. Visit Wallowa Lake Vacation Rentals and/or Wallowa Lake Resort  For additional lodging alternatives, contact the Wallowa County Chamber of Commerce at 800-585-4121. There are many cabins and bed and breakfasts in the area, although they do fill up early. We recommend reserving your spot soon.

Meals are served cafeteria style and feature wholesome locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.  You are, of course, welcome to bring your own food. Please be aware that the camp does not provide kitchen facilities for the public to use. There are also many restaurants and grocery options available in Joseph and near Wallowa Lake.

Meal prices for Wallowa Lake Camp for the week: Breakfast: $84, Lunch: $70, Dinner $105, All Meals: $250

One Bedroom Cabin – SOLD OUT!
$750 per cabin/week

– Sleeps 1-5 (queen bed w/ upper bunk and bunk beds w/ 2 twins)
– One bathroom
– Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are supplied
– Reserve a cabin and share it with your Fishtrap friends!

Each round cabin has: log beds with quilts, bedding (guests put on their own bedding), towels, private bathroom (no toiletries), shower, mini fridge/microwave, coffee pot (no coffee), dishes, carpeting, skylight, table w/chairs. “Cooking” is not allowed, just re-heating. Cabins are not properly vented for “cooking.”

 

Two Bedroom Cabin – SOLD OUT!
$900 per cabin/week

– Sleeps 2-6 (2 queen beds each w/ an upper bunk) You are renting the entire unit–both bedrooms.
– One bathroom
– Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are supplied
– Reserve a cabin and share it with your Fishtrap friends!

Bunkhouse
$190 per person/week

– Men’s and women’s individual bunkhouses offer bunk beds with bare mattresses – Bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, or other bedding
– Bathroom/Shower facilities are in nearby buildings
– You will share the bunkhouse space with up to eight people
– Each bunk has an outlet to charge electronics.

Rustic bunkhouses with carpet, mudrooms, bunk lights. Each room has twin bunks with one queen bottom bunk.

 

Tent & RV/car camping
$190 per person/week

– Campers use the same bathroom/shower facilities as bunkhouse occupants.

Camp spots are primitive and located in a common grassy area. Car and RV spots are dry (no water/power hookups) and located in a grassy parking lot. This area is a 3-5 minute walk to the Bathroom/Shower facilities. Maximum 7 RV’s at camp- as per camp rules.
