MidValley Theatre Company
Fishtrap is proud to support the MidValley Theatre Company. Founded in 1995, the mission of the MidValley Theatre Company (MVTC) is to provide high-quality educational, cultural, civic and artistic theater to Wallowa County, along with offering opportunities for amateur participation in all aspects of theater. To ensure that this good work continues, Fishtrap will be taking over the management of the company beginning with the 2026–27 season.

Coming this September, the MidValley Theatre Company and Fishtrap present three radio play performances of North Platte Canteen. Written by long-time Wallowa County resident H.R. Long, the play tells the true story of hundreds of community volunteers who rallied to care for the military who passed through their Nebraska rail station during World War II.
All performances, auditions, and rehearsals held at Fishtrap, 107 W. Main, Enterprise, OR.
Audition and rehearsal information:
Auditions will be held August 28 & 29, from 6-8pm at Fishtrap. Parts available for four teens, and adult roles for up to 9 women and 11 men of all ages. No preparation or prior acting experience is necessary. All audition materials will be provided.
Rehearsals will take place September 8, 9, & 10, from 6-8pm. This is a readers theatre production which means no memorization is required.

Missoula Children’s Theatre
Fishtrap will once again be teaming up with Missoula Children’s Theatrein March of 2027 to bring an original version of the classic Jack in the Beanstalk to Wallowa County.
