Fishtrap is proud to call this place home, and we know without the remarkable people that live and work here we just couldn't do what we do. That is why we are committed to providing the highest-quality local programming for our rural community. From learning and growing in your craft through writing workshops… to hearing your neighbor's stories at the winter Fireside readings… to sharing a book together with the Big Read… or learning to create new stories with Fishtrap Story Lab… providing our community the opportunity to connect, learn, and be inspired by the stories we share is a core part of our work. Most of these programs are free to the public — and sometimes there's pie!
